Is Garden Sulfer a product I should use against rose mildew?

If you are talking about powdery mildew disease, Sulfur as well as most fungicides can be effective at helping to prevent it. Some of the best are Remedy, Green Light Rose and Flower Dust, Immunox, Safer Garden Fungicide.
