Hi all. I'm new to gardening as well as these boards. I planted some crocus flowers in my yard last fall and lo and behold they started growing like crazy! however after about 1 1/2 weeks of bloom about 1/3 of them have fallen over, they're still alive it seems, they are just lying down. is there something I can do to save them or is there something I need to know for next years bloom? Any input would be helpful, Thanks!
I wonder if it could be slugs or snails. They might be chewing the roots or the base of the plants, which would make them fall over.
I've never heard of that, so this is only a guess.
