Annuals & Perennials — Cologne Bottles, an early flowering very fragrant perennial viewed 221 times

Someone just gave me the old fashion, very fragrant, yellow perennial "Cologne Bottles". I have "Googled" it, but found no info. Does anyone know the scientific name? Where can I buy more? Does it grow from seeds or just underground propagation? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!!!

Could "cologne bottles" be another term for wall flowers? Or for stock? They are not really a perennial if they are one of these but a hardy annual instead.
