     I found the Better Homes and gardens spring magazine-this particular issue is quarter-and in it was a letter from Kansas City. The author talked joyously of  planting Nasturtian on March 15"outdoors"!  Which blew me away. I thought Kansas City was cold enough that nasturtiams could not be seeded in as early as that.<p>
