Water Gardening — How to start viewed 158 times

Resently was given a pond liner which I would like to start a pond garden. Would like to know if I could stll have a pond garden without a pump of any kind. Don't want to run electrical cords through yard. What are the best plants I can start with. Not interested in fish, just plants that flower.
