Merrifield Garden Center Forum

I have a dogwood tree that appears to have some sort of fungus growing on it. The tree seemed to bloom fine with flowers this year, but the leaves on the top section are not coming in. Is there anyone herndon fairfax that you can recommend to diagnose and recomend a treatment if any? thx.
