i have this strange looking, well im assuming its a fungus, it looks like a milky orange in color with a brown nasty looking top. looks a little like a tall mushroom. can anybody held? this problem exist in my front yard in the flower bed, covered by mulch..it seem to only appear at night and by 2 pm the sun appears to dry it up. but does the same thing the next night....
