Trees & Shrubs — Can anyone Identify this plant viewed 301 times

We are trying to identify some shrubs in front of our house because we would like to get a few more. Does anyone have any idea what they are? They are not very tall, about 25 inches. They sort of have red stems and the stems tend to root if they touch the ground.

It looks like Itea virginica or Virginia sweetspire
