Weed Control — Brown Patch viewed 180 times

I live in northeast Louisiana and have had fungus problems and weed problems in my yard this past summer. The fungus appears to be brown patch and the weeds are virginia buttonweed and lespedezia. I am wondering what I should do to control this fungus and weeds next spring. I have St. Augustine grass. Thanks so much for the help.
