Can someone tell me if Hyacinths are a good spring bulb to plant that squirrels will not touch?
The most widely available spring blooming bulb which rodents will never eat is daffodil. Hyacinths and tulips can be eaten by them. There is a small bulb, grape hyacinth (muscari), which is not eaten and like daffodils is long lived.
I didn't know there was ANYTHING a squirll would not eat LOL a nice benie of squirrls eating your bulbs is that you have the peace of mind to be feeding the wildlife and your bulbs seem to pop up in really fun places the following year!
